Go to this entry http://kotsuki.livejournal.com/68606.html and copy the code I've given. Then go to Profile > Edit Profile at the top of any page like this. Paste the code in the Bio section of the edit page and you should be all set =)

The Neo-Japanesque fashion thing is on hold until I get better. I'm still pretty sick and definitely not up to anything that requires major thought concentration. I'm glad there's people who are interested though, thanks =3 I'll definitely let you know what I decide to do when I'm feeling much better.

hahaha I had the same problem with Myspace. Ok so if you can see my layout then you're on my journal page. You can get there by clicking on my name from my profile page. On my journal page the top entry will always be this one, my friends only entry for people to comment on who want me to add them as friends. People who I haven't added as friends can't see most the entries in my journal. Also, if you're not logged into Livejournal when you view my journal you will see the same entries that people who are -not- my friends see. This is LJ's way of giving you and me security. Directly below this entry will be the newest entry I've written down to the oldest. As I write new entries they'll keep moving the older ones downward. If you want to comment on one of my other entries then all you have to do is click on the comment link {Say...} because I've modified my journal layout. The link that says any number like {5 fallen...} is the number of comments on that entry. To add a comment to an entry you can also click on {Post a new comment} on any white entry page like this one. Since we're exchanging comments I'm going to click on the link that says {Reply to this} so you'll get a notice that I'm commenting back to you. Follow me so far?

Ok, now the way -most people- check up on their friends is to go to their own friends page. To go there, go to your own profile page and scroll down to your list of Friends. The word 'Friends' should be a blue link. If you click on that your journal will pop up but instead of your entries it will display all the entries your friends have recently composed. Then you can click on the so many entries back link as many times as you like and read what they've written. This is an easier way to see if many of your friends have written any journal entries recently because you don't have to go to their individual journals seperately. Of course if you're just checking to see if one person has updated their journal it's just easier to go to their journal directly through the list of your Friends on your Profile page.

Now as for comments, as long as you gave LJ a real email account you'll get notificiations of when people give you comments or reply back to you like I'm doing. Also, I think LJ's set it up so that on the LJ front page when you log in you can see recent comments people have given you. Email's better in my opinion because if you have an IM messenger account on the email address it'll give you instant notice of when someone comments you.

I'm sure this is more confusing because I've modified the crap out of my journal layout so it doesn't look like anyone else's. I'll help you out though, just let me know what else you need =)

you will never get hired by a visual kei record label in Japan.

1) You aren't Japanese
2) You aren't completely fluent in Japanese
3) You're female
4) You won't have a Japanese driver's license

labels won't hire non Japanese because of visa procedures. you need to have a full time job for a visa and labels won't hire you full time to do translation work, period. also, a roadie job is an unpaid job, and unless you are looking to work for a female band, are fluent in Japanese, and have a driver's license, your chances are one in a million. do you seriously plan on going to college for 4 years to do an unpaid job??

like I said, hate to burst your bubble, but your goals are really unrealistic. don't delude yourself into thinking that it will be easy as pie to get that kind of job just because you have a degree and you're a non Japanese girl.

You'd know that if you were on my friends list and could actually see what I write about and my comment on the 'roadie' part, but obviously you're not :D

Don't delude yourself into thinking you a. have the right to judge people because you're so obviously superior and b. that you know me of all people.

Your whole point is based on assumptions about me, someone you don't even know. Firstly, you assumed the comment in my profile was serious. Now, I don't tihnk you're an unitelligent person so you can't tell me you believe every random thing you read on the internet :D Secondly, you assumed I didn't already know the points that you're making. Maybe if I was a n00b or just really uninformed I'd be thanking you now. You also assume that I couldn't have a job as a roadie because it doesn't pay. Even if I could get one, how do you know my parents aren't filthy rich and wouldn't care? Lastly, you assume that I assume that because I'm 'non Japanese' that I can get such a job. That's completely racist and definitely proves you know nothing of me. Therefore your points are completely null. If you're going to go to the effort to troll on someone's journal and correct them, at least make sure you know what the hell you're talking about.

I have every right to be defensive since you're the one who called me out with your snarky comment and it is my journal you're on. Yeah, the anon thing IS old so why don't you and people like you quit doing it? Most people think the way I do about that anyway, so where does that put you? If you think you're so intelligent and that you have a point then why not leave your name and take credit? I'm betting you have an LJ, MS, or at least an email address.

hahaha! I never assumed I could get such a job in the first place. Surely it's not impossible, just highly improbable. If you're so smart you'd know that there are non Japanese people in bands in Japan and who work with bands in Japan and therefore it's not impossible. You're the one who assumed I was serious when I made that comment on my profile, as I have pointed out numerous times.

I'm definitely not hurt by what you said, it just pisses me off you assume to know everything about me, that I'm ignorant of the situation, and so on. I don't really know much about her and I don't care to, so I don't know if she's a 'native' or whatever, but I don't see why she thinks she's got such a better chance. Double standard much? hahaha!

Personally, I don't mind people having opinions on anything but it's just when they have to take those opinions and cause drama with it that it gets irritating. Also, she couldn't bother to leave a name or SN with those smart ass comments so that just undermines whatever authority she claims to have over said information. Like I said, she's obviously lacking in the 'balls' department. Oh yeah, it takes a lot of courage to snicker about someone behind their back. Maybe she needs to go back to high school where she'd fit in just fine.

hahaha nono, I agree. Trust me, I'm getting a good laugh out of all of this too. She can't even defend her so called 'points', she side steps around all the points I make back and doesn't make an answer to any of them. She's been proven wrong numerous times by myself and others and still persists.

I also agree about the anon trolling on journals, especially if you're going to take your half baked judgements and throw them in someone's face. In that case, if you have the guts to say it then what's the harm in leaving your name? Afraid I'm going to troll back? Where's the gutsy attitude now? XD

I got tired of dealing with people and what not but then I realized (rather recently) that I'm missing a lot of friends I haven't kept in touch with over the past year or so because of my absence.
