Cosplay Entry

So I started on Macabre Toshiya today.. any of you I chat cosplay with probably know I've been dying to do this for quite awhile, so I am excited. I didn't get TOO much done today but at least I think I know what direction to go in. I figured I'd keep some journal entries going about my progress to keep myself motivated.

So I started out with these materials, some black chiffon, lyrca, pvc, interfacing, and some fiber fill.

I made a mock up out of cheap cotton to know exactly where to go and it came out well.

ohh you too eh? :) Yeah I really like it too, it's one of those costumes that I really didn't think I was capable of doing but I'm going to give it a shot! It'll probably be appearing at ACen as long as all goes well! We should hang out this year btw! And I LOVE your icon! Rikuuuu~! Well all of Phantasma really XDDD did you hear about them? :(

I have an appreciation for the majority of Macabre-era costumes from Diru. XDDD I love the leather, pvc and all that other great stuff, rawr! I wanted to do a Kaoru cosplay from Macabre at one point but got too lazy. =/ Now I'm just sticking to Missa-era Kaoru which is SO much easier because.... Ehe.... It's just a lot of work on my wig than the actual outfit, lol.

*CRIES* YES. God, and I always imagined meeting Iori and everyone else, too. It's a good thing they aren't breaking up, though. But what I fear is that during their break they might do just that. >.< Oh, but Jun's releasing a solo album around the time Iori and Matoi leave. I can't wait to hear what's on it. :D

I see. Well I guess that's not surprising since I figured you liked the older VK stuff. I like the pvc type ones too~ their old costumes were just so cool.

I know it's so weird... it's like Undercode bands do not stick together very well. I'm hoping they don't break up during the pause. oohh Jun's releasing a solo album? That's awesome! He's my favorite member so I'll be looking forward to that XD

yes well what can I say? I'm a boobs man -o-/ hahahahha XDDD!! Actually it was just the best place to start out :P If I couldn't get the breastses to hold their shape then I was going to have problems. The PVC Yamakas are $7 a piece :3 And ya know what this just gave me an idea for? A gothic Jewish lolita complete with mini yamaka! Every lolita's gotta have a theme!! XDDD!

Well Yamaka's are for guys but so were top hats and lolita's wear those so nya! I should draft someone into being my gothic Jewish kodona... XDD I have no other themes atm. Seems like a one time deal o_O
